Information about Rates

DC Virtual Office Solutions can provide you with affordable and exceptional administrative support and at the same time build a business relationship that will have you gaining back the time you deserve. We provide this exceptional support by offering rates on an hourly basis or a retainer basis.

Hourly: If you need assistance for just a few hours per week or per month, the hourly rate would most likely be the right plan for you.  The rate can be discussed once your needs have been assessed. For services billed at an hourly rate, the minimum amount will be for half an hour. Services will be invoiced in 15 – minute increments unless otherwise specified.

Retainer: The retainer program offers a discount to clients who require our services on a monthly basis. A signed agreement will be required and the client will be billed weekly for services rendered. A retainer package can be discussed once your needs have been assessed.

Additional expenses, such as postage, supplies, materials, etc. will be billed at cost unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
