Meet the Owner

My name is Aletha McManama and I am the owner of DC Virtual Office Solutions. I bring to my Virtual Assistant business over 20 years experience in the administrative industry working in various roles as an Executive Assistant, an Office Manager and a Human Resources Assistant. I am proactive in areas of marketing, office management, human resources, customer service, reception duties, travel arrangements, appointment scheduling and more.

My target clients are those in the coaching and consulting industry and it takes a special person who can understand the needs of those that want to be a business or life coach, but needs help managing their business. That is where I step in and offer my services in the areas of web design and maintenance, blog design and management, ecommerce setup and management, product development and implementation, online marketing assistance and more.

Over the years, I have trained and mastered the operation of numerous software programs. I am able to bring that wealth of knowledge to DC Virtual Office Solutions. I am motivated, organized and accurate, concentrating on the smallest of details. Because I communicate mostly through today’s technology, it is important that I bring to my business near perfect oral and written communication skills.
